Will it ever end?

Every time I think that the morning sickness is over, the green monster rears its' ugly head. I have been sick since week 5 and it is already week 13 with no signs of stopping. Our realtor had twins a few years ago and she said she was nauseous until week 17. I guess there is hope. With my luck, I am going to be sick on the way to the hospital to have the babies.

I don't know who it bothers more, me or the dog. Every time I make a run to the bathroom, the poor dog runs the other direction and hides in his bed. Poor Charlie! I think that he has an idea that something is happening but he is not exactly sure what exactly is going on. Boy is he going to be surprised in a few short months.

I keep hearing stories about women who were pregnant for 9 months without any morning sickness. I think that they have birth induced amnesia. As soon as the baby is put into their arms, the memory of the previous 9 months is completely forgotten. They go on to spread these rumors about how wonderful their symptom-free pregnancy was and how they want to be pregnant forever. If you are one of those women, don't tell me because I am hip to that game.

Poor Charlie

I feel so bad for you! I had it bad with Bryleigh. I threw up non stop for the first 5-6 months. Around 7 months I finally started feeling better. Just remember-it will end!! LOL I know it seems like it won't, but it does!! Hey, and email me so I can add you to our blog to view-we made it private.

Umm...I am definitely not one of those women. We will probably adopt if we decide to have more kids. Pregnancy does not agree with me, and I think you are right...it is labor-induced amnesia for the other ones! The good thing? It really is all worth it in the end. Call me if you ever want to complain! I will listen!
